This case is a dischargeability adversary proceeding under 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2)(A), (a)(4), and (a)(6), seeking to except from discharge an unpaid judgment entered by the District Court of Kearny County, Kansas, Case No.2005 CV 10, in favor of Plaintiff Nathan Guinn against Debtor Terry G.
