Marjorie Griffin and Sandra McWhorter appeal the judgment of the district court denying their claims of racial and sexual discrimination brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e-2(a)(l)-(2) (1982), and 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983 (1982).
