Guy Williams and Mack Williams were placed upon trial in Floyd superior court, under-an indictment charging them with the offense of murder. Before either of the defendants pleaded to the merits of the case, the solicitor-general in open court called attention to the fact that there was an omission to insert the names of the grand jurors in the body of the indictment. This bill had been returned during the term of the court then in session, and there, was a regular entry thereon of “true bill,” signed by the foreman.
