Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Otsego County (Mogavero, Jr., J.), rendered July 25, 1988, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
Defendant was arrested for drunken driving at approximately 1:00 a.m. on September 26, 1987 after leaving a restaurant and being followed by Sheriffs Deputies for three quarters of a mile in the Town of Worcester, Otsego County.
