By petitions under RSA ch. 541 Public Service Company of New Hampshire and VOICE appeal from a decision and order of the public utilities commission known as order No. 10,679, entered under date of August 8, 1972. 95 P.U.R.3d 401 (1972). The order rejected tariff 18 of the company as originally filed on July 8, 1971, and ordered the company to file a new tariff of rates, designed to produce an annual increase in gross revenue of $4,334,000 and to refund excess rates collected after April 11, 1972, under the tariff made effective at that time under RSA 378:6.
