delivered the following opinion:
The records of this court show that the trustee in bankruptcy *218received' in' casb from tbé proceeds of tbe'sale'of tbe property of tbe said bankrupt a total of not quite $9,000, and that between October 17, 1921, and March 15, 1922, tbe trustee paid for expenses of administration and for attorneys’ fees a total of $8,170, leaving in bis bands on March 16, 1922, tbe sum of $811, and that no creditor has received one dime.
