*554This record presents a general creditors’ bill to wind np the affairs of the Chilhowee Lumber Company as an insolvent corporation. The bill was sustained as a general creditors’ bill, and a receiver appointed to take charge of the assets of the insolvent corporation.

The questions now presented to this court arise on the appeal of the Youmans Lumber Company, which is asserting a preferred claim for the value of about 29,000 feet of oak lumber, which it claims was converted by the Chilhowee Lumber Company and the Southern Brass & Iron Company.
