Affirming.
In the year 1878 Woolery Gr. Eversole executed and delivered a deed to Lincoln Eversole, whereby be conveyed approximately 500 acres of land to Lincoln for life, and tbe remainder over to Lincoln’s beirs. Tbe deed recited tbe consideration to be tbe sum of $1Q0. A short while before Lincoln Eversole’s death in 1938, be adopted appellant, Isaac Eversole, as bis heir at law.
