Defendants, Willcox Incorporated (Willcox) and Willis T. King, Jr. (King), move for an order pursuant to CPLR 3212 (e), granting partial summary judgment in their favor by dismissing plaintiffs’ second and fourth causes of action for the intentional infliction of emotional distress and loss of consortium, respectively, and striking the demand for an award of punitive damages.
