Judgment of the Supreme *258Court, New York County (Burton Sherman, J.), entered January 15, 1985, after a jury trial, which awarded plaintiff a verdict in the sum of $127,193.75, is unanimously modified, on the law and the facts and in the interests of justice, to the extent of reversing the awards for general and special damages and remanding the case for a new trial solely on the issue of general and special damages, and the judgment is otherwise affirmed, without costs and disbursements.
