Defendants move pursuant to CPLR 2221 for an order granting leave to renew that portion of the court’s decision of August 11, 2006, holding that the Pennsylvania real estate broker licensing statute does not apply, and, upon granting such leave, for an order dismissing plaintiffs’ amended complaint for failure to comply with such statute. In the event dismissal is not granted, defendants seek leave to reargue the portion of the decision denying dismissal of the complaint as against Antebi Properties, LLC and Scopus Leasing Co. and granting leave to…
