Respondent H. Gordon Howard was licensed to practice law in Colorado on September 26, 1938. On July 9, 1959, the Attorney General filed a formal complaint against Howard alleging facts which if proved would justify his disbarment. On August 3, 1959, a hearing was held before this court on a citation directed to respondent to show cause why his license to practice law should not be suspended pending determination of the complaint.
