TYSON, Judge.

Charles Martin (“plaintiff”) appeals from the trial court’s grant of Patrice Parker’s (“defendant”) motion for summary judgment. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.

I. Facts

Plaintiff is the father of two sons (“Martin boys”) who attended Parkwood Middle School (“school”). Defendant is a computer lab instructor at the school where she taught the Martin boys.
