The Perkasie Borough Authority (Per-kasie) and the Pennridge Wastewater Treatment Authority (PWTA) have filed a Petition for Review (Petition) in the Nature of an Action in Equity and an Action In Mandamus in this Court’s original jurisdiction against the Hilltown Township Water and Sewer Authority (HTWSA, Hilltown) and the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). 1 In response, DEP and Hilltown have filed Preliminary Objections to the Petition asserting that this Court does not have original jurisdiction, failure to state a cause of action, failure to…
