Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County (Smith, J.), rendered November 5, 2012, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of burglary in the first degree, robbery in the first degree, burglary in the second degree, robbery in the second degree and petit larceny (two counts).
