2Per curiam

On August 22, 1994, between 4:00 to 4:30 a.m., the body of nineteen-year-old Justin Lusch (“Justin”) was found shot to death in the Lone Mountain desert area in Las Vegas. Appellants Kevin James Lisle (“Lisle”) and Jerry Lopez (“Lopez”) were each convicted of first degree murder with use of a deadly weapon and conspiracy to commit murder. In addition, Lisle was convicted of being an ex-felon in possession of a firearm. Lisle was sentenced to death, and Lopez was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole.
