The referee has found that the defendant committed adultery with one Cora Allen, at a house of prostitution conducted by her, on three occasions, viz.: Hay 14, Hay 11 and Hay 18, 1901.

The evidence to sustain such findings was furnished by four young men who at the request of plaintiff’s attorney and out of friendship for him, watched the movements of the defendant on the dates mentioned and for some time prior thereto.
