OPINION
WILLIAM F. TUOHEY, Bankruptcy Judge.
The present matter comes before the Court upon the Trustee’s order to show cause seeking authorization for the Trustee to assume and liquidate certain executory contracts pursuant to Section 365 of the United States Bankruptcy Code, and to reject certain other executory contracts, and upon cross-motion of several creditors to vacate the automatic stay pursuant to Code Section 362(d). This Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1334 and 28 U.S.C. Section 157. The following shall constitute this Court’s findings of fact…
