OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Allstate Insurance, appeals a decision granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Cartwright Chiropractic. This case arose out of an automobile accident and subsequent medical treatment of the injured party at Cartwright Chiropractic. We affirm the decision of the trial court.
