* Writ of error dismissed for want of jurisdiction May 4, 1927. Appellant, Phil H. Pierce Company, a corporation, is the unsuccessful defendant in a suit in the district court of Dallas county by appellee I. Rude against appellant and the Popular Amusement Company, a corporation. The cause was tried before the court without the intervention of a jury, and upon the request of appellant the trial court has filed findings of fact and conclusions of law.
