SUHRHEINRICH, Circuit Judge.
Plaintiff Otis Brock, an inmate in the Kentucky penal system, appeals from the order of the district court dismissing his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action for failing to exhaust administrative remedies, as required by the Prison Litigation Reform Act, 42 *795U.S.C. § 1997e(a) (“PLEA”). For the reasons that follow, we AFFIRM the judgment of the district court.
