CHAPMAN, Circuit Judge:
Following a jury trial, appellants were convicted of various offenses relating to the sale of obscene video tapes and obscene magazines. Dennis E. Pryba and Barbara A. Pryba, husband and wife, were each convicted of one count of violating 18 U.S.C. § 1962(a) (participating in a pattern of racketeering activity); one count of violating 18 U.S.C. § 1962(c) (employed by a criminal enterprise engaged in racketeering activities); one count of violating 18 U.S.C. § 1962(d) (conspiracy to violate § 1962(a)); and seven counts of violating 18 U.S.C. §§ 1465 and 2 (transportation…
