Plaintiff, Chambers, brought this action for brokerage commissions for selling feed and pasturage belonging to tbe defendant, Miller Cattle Company, to Campbell-Francis Sheep Company. The defense is that Chambers had no contract and was not the proximate or procuring cause of such sale.

The case was tried to a jury and resulted in a verdict and judgment for plaintiff. Defendant appeals.
