The early stages of this litigation witnessed the apparent defeat of plaintiff-appellants Rocky Campbell, Jessie Parker, and Marilyn Johnson following the trial court's grant of summary judgment against them and its refusal to allow them to appeal the summary judgment as indigents. The later stages saw plaintiff-ap pellant Carolyn Willis suffer an entry of dismissal. All rallied, however, when our supreme court held Indiana civil litigants have the right to appeal in forma pauper-is upon a showing of indigency. Campbell v.
