In Campbell v. Criterion Group (1998), Ind.App., 613 N.E.2d 428, (Campbell IIT), 1 we considered the trial court's grant of summary judgment against plaintiffs-appellants Rocky Campbell, Jessie Parker, and Marilyn Johnson on their negligence and conversion claims against each of the three defendants-appellees, El Dee Apart ments, Criterion Group, and Criterion Construction.
