LEMMON, District Judge.

IT IS ORDERED that defendant ADT Security Services, Ine.’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Document 63) is .hereby GRANTED.

A. Background.

In March 1995 ADT contracted with Reuther’s Seafood Co., Inc. to provide burglar and fire alarm services to a seafood processing facility Reuther owned at 600 Mazant Street in New Orleans, Louisiana. Under the contract ADT both installed burglar and fire alarms, and monitored those systems to dispatch municipal authorities when the alarms sounded.
