Defendant-Appellant Nicolas Epskamp appeals from a judgment entered June 24, 2015 in the Southern District of New York (Richard J. Sullivan, Judge). The judgment followed a seven day jury trial in which Epskamp was found guilty of both counts in a two-count superseding indictment charging him with (1) conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance on board an aircraft registered in the United States, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 812, 959(b)(2), and 960(a)(3); and (2) possessing with intent to distribute a controlled substance on board an aircraft…
