ROGERS, Circuit Judge.

This is a petition to revise an order which adjudged the petitioner in contempt for noncompliance with a turnover order.

It appears that in the proceeding in which the petitioner was adjudged a bankrupt one James Gray was appointed receiver, and that he applied for an order directing the petitioner (the bankrupt) to deliver to him certain books and papers. The petitioner appeared and answered stating that he was unable to deliver them because they were not in his possession, having been stolen.
