The appellee filed a claim against the estate of appellant’s decedent. The statement of the claim consisted of a complaint in one paragraph, to which a demurrer was filed and overruled. The appellant then filed an answer in five paragraphs, the first being a general denial, and the others pleas of the statute of limitations of six, ten and fifteen years, respectively, excepting the fifth paragraph, which was an answer of res adjudicata.
