Stacey J. Hawkins (“Plaintiff’) filed an action against Robert N. Kilberg, P.A., a Maryland law firm (“Kilberg” or “Defendant”),1 seeking damages for alleged violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1692 et seq.; the Maryland Consumer Debt Collection Act (“MCDCA”), Md.
