Plaintiffs in error, Henry Corbishly, Frank Corbishly, Stanley Paurez, Ignatz Simmich, (alias Tempo Simmich,) Mike Karadich, (indicted as Mike Krodach,) Steve Meanavich and Eddie Maliski, were jointly indicted and tried with Charley Corbishly, Martin Simmich, Pete Blazin, Matt Crneavich, William Bartash and Marion Sojat, in the circuit court of Franklin county, for an assault with intent to murder Delbert B.
