On April 2, 1904, D. A. Breard, Sr., executed in due form in favor of his wife, Mrs. Mary A. Breard, a donation inter vivos of certain real estate with all improvements thereon, situated partly within and partly without the city limits of the city of Monroe. On May 22, 1920, the said Mrs. Breard, with her husband, D. A. Breard, Sr., the latter acting individually and to authorize his wife, sold a portion of said property (not necessary here to describe) to A. S. Kuhn and E. W. Florsheim.
