KING, District Judge.

THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judge ment, filed on October 25, 2001. Plaintiff filed a response on November 14, 2001, and Defendant replied on November 21, 2001.

This case involves claims of retaliation and disparate treatment under the Florida Whistleblower Act.
