The issues I must resolve come before me by way of cross motions for summary judgment in this adversary proceeding to determine the dischargeability of a debt owed by the debtor and defendant, P.T. Eichelberger, Jr., M.D., to the plaintiff, Jane Bailey Hayton, his former spouse. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(a) and the District Court’s Order of Reference, I have jurisdiction over this matter.
