PRICE, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from the judgment of one of the District Courts exercising jurisdiction in Travis County. As plaintiff, the Travelers Insurance Company sued in trespass to try title to recover of Otto Nauert and his wife, defendants, the title to a certain tract of land situated in Travis County. Defendants disclaimed as to all but an undivided one-fourteenth interest therein, and as to such interest pleaded not guilty.
