HEANEY, Senior Circuit Judge.

Joe L. Trotter was convicted of conspiracy to distribute cocaine and illegal possession of a firearm. He was sentenced to twenty years in prison and fined $120,000. He challenges the sufficiency and admissi*155bility of the evidence. In addition, the government challenges the propriety of the district court’s order taking Trotter’s criminal fine from assets already involved in a civil forfeiture proceeding. We affirm in all respects.
