James Buys and John Buys, copartners, doing business as Kinsey & Buys Company, brought this suit to recover from the defendant, Frederick A. Travis, certain commissions for an exchange of real estate which the plaintiffs claim they earned under the terms of a contract dated August 16, 1926. The plaintiffs had in their employ a Mr. Fred Dunn, and through him this contract was negotiated between the defendant herein and Mr. Carl Zarbock.
