OPINION

RILEY, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Defendant, Matthew Manuel (Manuel), appeals his conviction for domestic battery, a Class D felony, Ind.Code § 35-42-2-1.3, after a bench trial.

We affirm.

ISSUES
