WEBBER, Justice.

This was an appeal to the Superior Court from the denial of a variance by the Zoning Board of Appeals of Presque Isle. In the Superior Court the action of the Board was reversed and the variance granted. The latter action is now subject to review upon the Board’s appeal.

Although there is no record of the evidence adduced either at the hearing before the Board or at the later hearing before the Superior Court, the parties agree that the facts are not in dispute and are fully and accurately set forth in the “decree” of the Superior Court.
