The defendant administrator of the Unemployment Compensation Act 1 appeals from the judgment of the trial court reversing the decision of the employment security board of review (board) denying benefits to the plaintiff, Donna M. Lantieri. On appeal, the defendant claims that the trial court improperly found facts beyond those certified to it by the board and utilized those facts to improperly determine that the board’s decision that the plaintiff engaged in wilful misconduct 2 was not supported by the evidence.
