MOON, J.
The appellant, Rick A. Lockhart, alleges that the trial judge erred (1) by refusing his motion to extend the time for the filing of responsive pleadings, (2) by incorporating the parties’ property settlement into the divorce decree over his objection, (3) by refusing to set aside the consent order, (4) by awarding cumulative attorney’s fees, and (5) by refusing him access to the former marital residence and his personal property. Finding no error, we affirm.
