Faysal M. Zedan (father and appellant) appeals the Circuit Court of Fairfax County’s September 21, 2012 order, which ordered the release of an appeal bond 1 in the amount of $221,610.30 to Sylvie Westheim (mother and appellee). The trial court has withheld the actual release of these funds (which pertained to father’s prior appeal from the trial court to this Court), pending father’s current appeal to this Court in the present matter.
