— Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Edward Greenfield, J.), entered May 24, 1984, denying plaintiffs’ motion for a preliminary injunction and declaring that plaintiffs failed to timely exercise their option to renew the lease, is unanimously reversed, on the law and the facts and in the exercise of discretion, with costs, the declaratory judgment is vacated and the motion for a temporary injunction against interference with plaintiffs’ occupancy of the premises is granted.
