*189Plaintiff Rey C. Patriarca ("Relator") brought this action on behalf of the United States against Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, Inc. and Bayer Diagnostics Corporation (collectively, "Siemens") to recover damages under the False Claims Act ("FCA") for alleged fraudulent conduct from February 2006 through December 2010 (the "Relevant Time Period").
