{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, United States Liability Insurance Co. (“U.S. Liability”), appeals the judgment of the Hancock County Court of Common Pleas denying its motion for summary judgment and granting summary judgment in favor of Bosserman Aviation Equipment, Inc. (“Bosserman”).
