{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Allstate Insurance Company (“Allstate”), appeals the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Marion County denying its motion for summary judgment and granting summary judgment in favor of Jon, Penny, Keisha, and Kaley Eyster (“the Eysters”).
