Thomas D. Nash, administrator with the will annexed of the estate of Helen Carlin, deceased, filed a petition for citation in the probate court of Cook county pursuant to sections 183 and 185 of the Probate Act (Ill. Rev. Stats. 1953, ch. 3, secs. 335 and 337 [Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 110.432, 110.434]) to recover from the respondent, Elizabeth A. Curran, certain monies, United States bonds and a check payable to the order of the deceased. On motion of the petitioner a summary judgment was entered in the probate court directing respondent to turn over the property to the administrator.…
