This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiff Donald C. Strand as Executor of the Last Will and Testament of John C. Hoagland, deceased, in a declaratory judgmént action. Plaintiff brought the action in the Circuit Court of Iroquois County seeking declaratory judgment that funds in a special deposit which the decedent John C.
