HEADNOTES ARE NOT AN OFFICIAL PRODUCT OF THE COURT, THEREFORE THEY ARE NOT DISPLAYED.] Action was commenced by the plaintiffs against the defendants for alleged malpractice in diagnosis and treatment of a fracture of plaintiff Minnie Morrill's right humerus. Upon a verdict in favor of plaintiffs the court entered judgment against the defendants jointly and severally. From the judgment defendants appeal.
