Frank Diaz, J.

Pursuant to CPL 210.30, all the defendants herein moved for inspection of the Grand Jury minutes and dismissal of the indictments on the ground that the evidence before the Grand Jury was not legally sufficient to support the offenses charged or any lesser included offense. The court granted the defendants’ motions to the extent that it examined all the Grand Jury minutes.
